APRIL
CPDT-KA, CFFP, CDBC, SDT, ADT
April is a certified service dog trainer based in Victoria, Canada, with over a decade of experience. Originally from the UK, she combines her passion for dogs and her expertise in working with individuals with diverse abilities to create personalized, positive training approaches that enhance both human and canine lives.
TIM
As the Owner and CEO of three successful businesses in the dog industry, Woofability Daycare & Boarding, Woofability Service Dog Training, and Pawsabilities Service Dog Society. Tim is passionate about strategic leadership and delivering excellence in pet care and service dog training.
ALEXIS
Alexis joined Woofability Service Dog Training after gaining experience in animal care and medical administration. Now, she handles the production of engaging social media content, including reels and stories. Outside of work, Alexis enjoys art, video games, and staying active at the gym.
CAROLYN
Carolyn is Woofability’s Service Dog Training, Lead Trainer and an Accredited Dog Trainer, known for her warm, confident presence and deep commitment to helping both people and dogs thrive. Her journey into the world of dog training began in the spring of 2022.
SIERRA
Sierra, a passionate dog lover from Victoria, joined Woofability as an apprentice trainer in 2024. She’s the proud owner of service dog Cosmos and enjoys outdoor adventures with her family. Sierra’s love for dogs grows with every new pup she works with.
