TIM
Tim has grown up with dogs all his life and cannot imagine being without them in his life, he currently owns six dogs with his wife April.
He built a career whilst in the UK working with young adults with diverse abilities, he’s been a college lecturer, teaching Independent Living skills to supporting his clients in their own homes, helping/guiding them in building as much of an independent life as possible, enabling them to identify themselves and their place within the communities they live.
As the Owner and CEO of three successful businesses in the dog industry, Woofability Daycare & Boarding, Woofability Service Dog Training, and Pawsabilities Service Dog Society. Tim is passionate about strategic leadership and delivering excellence in pet care and service dog training.
With a strong focus on operational efficiency and customer service, Tim leads his teams with clarity, purpose, and a commitment to ongoing growth. He brings extensive experience in team management, program development, and client relations, ensuring all staff receive professional guidance, quality training, and the opportunity to build long-term careers in the industry.
Tim’s leadership style centres around clear communication, goal setting, and continuous performance improvement. He is especially driven to expand access to high-quality service dog programs for individuals with diverse abilities, particularly those who may face financial barriers to accessing a trained service dog.
